Shipping & delivery

Pick up your order at no extra cost from our store in Zibatá, Querétaro. You'll receive an email when your order is ready. We typically process within 1–2 business days.

We ship anywhere in Mexico via DHL. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days.

The minimum order for home delivery is $500 MXN. Smaller orders can be picked up in store.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to follow your shipment in real time.

Some products may not be available for home delivery if we don't have their weight on file. In that case, choose in-store pickup or contact us.
