1. Acceptance
By making a purchase at TopDex Cards (“TopDex”) you accept these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not make purchases on this site.
2. Products and prices
All prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. TopDex reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of payment confirmation applies to your order.
3. Availability
Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and process a full refund.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. TopDex does not store credit or debit card data. Upon completing payment, the charge is immediate and the order is confirmed.
5. Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond TopDex's control. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external conditions. See the Shipping section for more information.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation before your order is processed. Once prepared or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
7. Sealed products
Sealed products (boosters, displays, ETBs, etc.) are sold as delivered by the manufacturer. TopDex does not guarantee the specific contents of any sealed product. Product images are for reference and contents may vary.
8. Limitation of liability
TopDex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Querétaro City.
