No. You can buy as a guest with just your email address. After your purchase you'll receive an email to create your account and view your order history.
How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?+
You'll receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up at the store.
Can I cancel my order?+
You can cancel your order while it hasn't been processed yet. Message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll help with the refund.
Do prices include tax?+
Yes, all prices shown in the store include VAT (IVA).
What if a product is out of stock?+
Out-of-stock products cannot be added to the cart. You can look for pre-orders for upcoming releases in the pre-orders section.
Do products have a warranty?+
Sealed products are sold in their original factory condition. If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
How do I track my shipment?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your DHL tracking number.
