TopDex Cards (“TopDex”), located in Zibatá, Querétaro, Mexico, is the data controller for your personal information in accordance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Shipping address (street, neighborhood, city, state, zip code)
• Payment data (processed securely by Stripe; TopDex does not store card data)

How we use your data

Your data is used to:

• Process and deliver your orders
• Send you order status notifications
• Manage your user account
• Comply with legal obligations

Data sharing

Your data may be shared with service providers necessary for operations: Stripe (payments), DHL / Skydropx (shipping) and Resend (transactional email). These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your data.

Your rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data (ARCO rights). To exercise them, contact us by email stating your name, email and the right you wish to exercise.
